PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer fin for a heat exchanger fully exhibiting the heat transfer accelerating effect of guides. SOLUTION: The heat transfer fin 11 for the heat exchanger comprises a heat transfer fin body 12 and a plurality of guides 15a-15f erected on the heat transfer fin body 12. The heat transfer fin body 12 holds heat transfer areas all around erected parts where the plurality of guides 15a-15f are erected.
