PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger surely improved in heat exchanging efficiency. SOLUTION: In this heat exchanger 100 exchanging heat by bringing the cooling water W supplied to a heat exchanging portion into contact with the air flowing into the heat exchanging portion, the heat exchanging portion is composed of a plurality of sub-heat exchanging portions 101, 102 disposed along the air flowing direction, and a temperature of the cooling water Wm supplied to the second sub-heat exchanging portion 102 disposed on an upstream side is set to be higher than that of the cooling water Wc supplied to the first sub-heat exchanging portion 101 disposed on a downstream side in the air flowing-in direction.
