PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain and a power transmission device restraining string vibration of a chain, and thereby, reducing noise and vibration. SOLUTION: In one of pairs of links 31, 32, 33 and 34 confronting with each other in the chain width direction while having a space therebetween in a conventional chain, protrusions 31a, 32a, 33a and 34a filling the space are integrally formed, and thus, the power transmitting chain 1 is formed.
