摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismic-control bridge pier structure which enables an improvement in restorability, a reduction in earthquake response, a decrease in residual deformation, an improvement in construction work performance, etc. by basically avoiding the formation of a plastic hinge at the upper and lower ends of a column in an aseismic-control bridge pier of an RC rigid-framed structure, and which enables the efficient energy absorption of the whole frame by also arranging a brace at each of the upper and lower ends of the column. SOLUTION: High strength is obtained, for example, by using a precast form for UFC (ultra-high strength fiber-reinforced concrete) etc. at the upper and lower ends of the column 3 of the RC frame 5, so that the plastic hinge H cannot be formed in each of a total of four places at the upper and lower ends of the column by an earthquake motion (level-2 earthquake motion) beyond the scope of assumption. The braces 6 for connecting the pair of right and left columns 3, which are each equipped with a damper function, are also arranged at the upper and lower ends of the column, respectively. One-side ends of the braces 6 at the upper end lower ends of the column 3 are joined to haunches which are formed at the upper end lower ends of the column 3, respectively, or joined to an undersurface of the beam 4 and a top surface of a footing 2, respectively.
