PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply structure and reduce cost, in a winding device of a slitter winding up web material onto the upper and lower winding shafts 1 after slitting the web material, without enlarging the device and without requiring a space for installation. SOLUTION: The upper and lower winding shafts 1 are supported by a vertical shaft 4 at one end of each winding shaft. After winding the web material, the upper and lower winding shafts 1 rotate around the vertical shaft 4. Then, a wound product 14 is extracted from the winding shafts 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
