PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device capable of being used even on a crowded platform, not complicating the structure and capable of maintaining vehicle height constant even if load loaded to a load-carrying platform varies. SOLUTION: An air spring (bellows) (8) expandably constituted by air and a shock absorber (9) are arranged between a bracket (4) fixed to an axle (6) and a frame (2), and a vehicle height maintaining device (10) is arranged.
