The present invention relates to compositions and methods for cancer diagnosis, treatment and drug screening. In particular, the present invention provides compositions and methods for targeting the nuclear translocation of IkB kinase-alpha (IKKalpha) and the IKKalpha-mediated suppression of Maspin expression observed in metastatic prostate cancer cells.
