A liquid-phase composition used as a sick house syndrome preventer is provided to remove various stench pollutants such as aldehydes effectively, to suppress the propagation of various harmful bacteria, and to impart soft feel to an object to be treated. A liquid-phase composition used as an agent for improving and preventing a sick house syndrome comprises a dimethylpolysiloxaneamino compound derived from organic silicone, represented by the following formula 1, as a raw material, wherein the dimethylpolysiloxaneamino compound is a material containing 1-100 primary and secondary amino groups at side chains and both terminals thereof.
