A plasma display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform a bake process at a low temperature by using glass powder having a nano-particle size. A glass powder filling process is performed to fill a mold arranged on a glass substrate with glass powder having a nano-particle size(S1). A pressing process is performed to press the glass powder(S2). A releasing process is performed to release the mold from the substrate(S3). A structure forming process is performed to form a structure by baking the pressed glass powder(S4). In the glass powder filling process, the glass substrate is vibrated. In the pressing process, the glass powder is pressed by using a flat press mold. |
