A rotating machine using permanent magnet is provided to implement continuous output of rotary power without external energy by forming a rotor and a stator with a permanent magnet or a magnetic material. A rotating machine using permanent magnet performs rotation at least one time by using external polarity(77,99) or corner polarity of a magnet in using power between a stator(1) and a rotor(11). The permanent magnet performs rotation at least one time by using magnetic force to oppose N and S polarities to each other in using magnetic force between the stator and the rotor. The permanent magnet performs rotation at least one time by fixing the stator or the rotor at an oblique angle or forming a polarity structure of the magnet at the oblique angle.
