An operation management device decides, in case the attribute value of newly created event data coincides with an attribute value other than the reference value of the already existing predictive event data, that the event data and the predictive event data coincide. In this case, the individual filter information, in which the attribute value other than the reference value coincides with the attribute value of the event data, is specified, and the attribute value of the event data is substituted for a variable of each individual filter information belonging to the group, to which the individual filter information belongs, thereby to create the predictive event data for the individual filter information. This device decides whether or not each event data made to correspond in a predictive event list to the group, to which the individual filter information coincident with the event data used for creating the predictive event data, satisfies the individual filter information of the operation rule information corresponding to that group. In case the satisfaction is made, the operation determined by the operation rule information is executed.
