PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical-electronic bicycle control device capable of increasing a tactile feeling caused by the operation of a switch with a manual actuation member, and a bicycle equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The bicycle control device (1) comprises a support body (2), at least one electrical switch (46, 47, 48), and actuation elements (24, 25, 39, 40, 73) and manual actuation members (10, 34, 35, 70) corresponding to the electrical switches, respectively.
