PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspicious behavior detection system, for specifying and identifying a suspicious person who behaves abnormally. SOLUTION: The suspicious behavior detection system 11 adapted to detect a suspicious behavior of a monitoring object using images of a stereo camera 10 comprises a moving track acquisition part 21 which acquires moving track information of the monitoring object, and a behavior identification part 22 which identifies the behavior state of the monitoring object based on the moving track information and automatically determining a suspicious behavior of the monitoring object.
