PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide related information of high precision reflected with update of information. SOLUTION: This related information providing system 2 is provided with a repeating means 201 for receiving reference destination information of the related source information from a terminal 4, and transmitting a substance of the related source information to the acquisition terminal 4, a related attribute information generation means 202 for acquiring the substance of the related source information and the reference destination information of the related source information, generating related attribute information, and associating and storing the acquired reference destination information and the generated related attribute information, in a related attribute information storage part 203, and a related information selection means 204 for receiving the reference destination information and the related attribute information corresponding to the reference destination information from the related attribute information generation means, and selecting reference destination information of related information of relating side information corresponding to the reference destination information received from the related attribute information generation means, using the received related attribute information, from the related attribute information storage part, and the repeating means transmits the reference destination information of the related information selected by the related information selection means, together with a substance of the related source information, to the terminal.
