PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid such a state that an interruption request signal of low interruption level is made to wait for a long time, and is not received appropriately. SOLUTION: This interruption controller comprises a priority encoder for selecting and receiving the interruption request signal of the highest level among received interruption request signals and outputting an interruption signal corresponding to the received interruption request signal to a processing unit, an interruption decoder for outputting an interruption informing signal in response to the interruption signal, and an interruption timer for counting the predetermined standby time in response to the interruption request signal, and, when the interruption informing signal has not been output yet after a lapse of the standby time, outputting a timer interruption request signal with an interruption level higher than that of the interruption request signal to the priority encoder.
