PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden when monitoring telegraphic message arrival at a slave unit for receiving, a telegraphic message from a master unit. SOLUTION: A master unit transmits a trigger signal [5] just before transmitting, to a slave unit, a telegraphic message constituted of an address (A), a command (C) and transfer data (D). Each of slave units monitors output of the trigger signal [5] and starts reading the telegraphic message after it is detected that the trigger signal is outputted. For a first telegraphic message after the trigger signal output [5], each of slave units #1, #2 and #n confirms [2] matching between an address of the telegraphic message and its own address through interruption processing based on the trigger signal detection and the slave unit #1 corresponding to the address continuously reads [3] the command and reads [4] the transfer data.
