PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate unnecessary receiving operation in order to discern a use value of data of a kind which does not fill a predetermined criterion of communication quality to improve the convenience of a use destination by refusing the reception of the data of the kind, and to transmit the data to a the transmitting source using data of a kind lower than the predetermined criterion of the communication quality, when the reception of the data of the kind is refused and a transmitting source is specified. SOLUTION: The communication equipment is provided with: a data kind specification section 32 which specifies the kind of received data; a data transmitting source specification section 31 which specifies a transmitting source; a radio field intensity calculation section 33 which calculates the radio field intensity of the received data; a radio field intensity comparison section 34 which compares the calculated radio field intensity with a threshold of radio field intensity; a reception permission/impermission determination section 35 which determines the permission/impermission of the reception of the received data by comparison results of the radio field intensity comparison section 34; and a transmission control section 4 which controls a transmission processing section 5 so as to transmit e-mail data 84 to the transmitting source when the refusal of the reception is determined and the transmitting source is specified.
