摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stable connection, continuous communication holding, error reduction, and delay reduction concerning a mobile communication system and a mobile communication control method. SOLUTION: The mobile communication system and the mobile communication method are configured to perform road-to-vehicle communication for wireless communication between a fixed wireless station and a mobile wireless station mounted to a travelling vehicle, and vehicle-to-vehicle communication for wireless communication between the mobile wireless stations. Each of the fixed wireless station and the mobile wireless stations comprises: a transmitting and receiving means for adding control information which includes data transmission source information indicating the first transmission source of data, data identification information, and transfer processing information to the header of a wireless frame having a data part and the header, and performing transmission/reception; and a determination processing means for determining whether relay transmission is performed or not based on the data transmission source information and the data identification information of the control information which is added to the header of the wireless frame which is received through a single or a plurality of routes, and performing control that the reception wireless frame which is not transmitted to an own station is transmitted by relaying.
