PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability. SOLUTION: A cellular phone includes an alarm section 53 for issuing an alarm at a reference time or whenever waiting period passes since the reference time, an alarm time setting section 55 for setting the alarm time as the reference time, a stop key 14A for receiving a stop command for stopping the alarm, a determination key 5 and an opening/closing sensor 4 for receiving a change command, and a changing section 59 for changing the waiting period according to the reception of the change command after the reception of the stop command.
