PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling composition containing a cured or cross-linked polymer without perfluoropolyether moieties and a liquid fluorinated alkyl- or alkoxy-containing polymer or oligomer. SOLUTION: The organosiloxane-containing polymer comprises repeating units of polymer or oligomer containing a fluorinated alkyl- or alkoxy-containing polymer or oligomer shown by a general formula -ä[CFR-(CFR)<SB>m</SB>-(O)<SB>n</SB>]<SB>p</SB>-[CFR-O]<SB>q</SB>}-, wherein n represents 0 or 1, m represents 0 or an integer of 1-4, R independently represents H, F, Cl. Br or CF<SB>3</SB>, and a ratio of q/p represents 0-10, and the polymer free from fluorine is represented by a general formula -[SiR<SB>1</SB>R<SB>2</SB>-O]-, wherein R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>are independently selected from hydrogen, an alkyl, an aryl, an aralkyl and a vinyl group.
