PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent excellent in cleansing effect to effectively remove pollution at a place to be applied, in odor-eliminating effect for eliminating existing odor, and in deodorizing effect for preventing odor from developing. SOLUTION: The detergent comprises a salt of copper (II) ion and/or zinc ion, at least one acid component selected from the group consisting of a 1-6C alkyl sulfonic acid, a 5-14C aryl sulfonic acid, amido-sulfuric acid, and their derivatives, each optionally substituted by at least one group selected from the groups consisting of amine group, imine group, and hydroxyl group, a surfactant, and water as a solvent.
