PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition that exhibits excellent mechanical properties, particularly excellent surface impact strength at low temperatures. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition exhibiting excellent impact strength at low temperatures comprises 99-50 wt.% of a thermoplastic resin (component A) and 1-50 wt.% of a block copolymer (component B) that is constituted of a block S mainly composed of polystyrene, a block B mainly composed of poly(1,4-butadiene) and a block M mainly composed of polymethyl methacrylate and contains at least one linkage unit selected from the group consisting of S-B-M, M-S-B-S-M and M-B-S-B-M.
