SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy extruded hollow shape material (1) is deformed in a cross-sectional direction so as to absorb personal collision energy. The material has a substantially rhombic cross-sectional shape and specific tensile characteristics. Webs (4, 4) in the substantially rhombic cross-section are respectively bent toward the outside. When a collision load (F) is applied from the flange (2) side, each web (4, 4) is deformed toward the outside. Flanges (2, 3) respectively have extended flanges (2a, 2b and 3a, 3b) extending toward the outside.
