PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motive power car travelling without using fossil fuel at all in order to restrict bad influence of the environmental pollution such as the CO<SB>2</SB>problem which gives a lot of influence to global warming and as a result there is an anxiety that human being might be disappeared on the earth sometime, in addition to waste of the fossil fuel, especially gasoline as a limited source, of which price is being raised. SOLUTION: This rear wheel drive type foot operation vehicle with flywheels is easy to ride on, like a bicycle, without using fossil fuel at all, possible to operate from the beginning without practice, possible to operate over a long distance by adding a seat, and possible to add an accelerating performance nearly equal to a compact automobile depending on scale of the device.
