The device (1) has a hook and-loop fastener -pad (5) attached to a disc-shaped head (4) . A base (2) having elastic characteristics is designed in a three-quarter circular manner. A spacer (3) is designed in cylinder shape and is adapted to a borehole of a lining. The head exerts tension on the lining so that the fastening device is clamped. The head, the spacer and the fastener pad are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the device.
