The device has a clip part (1) provided for attachment of the device to an article i.e. instrument storage. A clip part (2) is provided for holding a disposable container. The clip parts are rigidly connected with each other. A lower side of the clip part (2) has a section for arranging chambers of the disposable container. An upper side of the clip part (2) has a delivery cavity for retaining an application instrument. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a directly applicable mixture of two substances.
