FIELD: testing equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention is used to prepare and manufacture fibrous filaments, bundles and fabrics and products from them. Middle part of tested sample is fixed in mobile and immobile grippers and finishes of it are secured in one additional gripper as minimum. Adjacent sections of tested sample limited by grippers are arranged at angle with respect to each other. Pulse force is applied to mobile gripper. Gear for implementation of process has waveguide rod-like striker, unit forming loading pulse with built-in transmitter to check initial pulse of dynamic load, gripping and fixing unit to fix sample and excite specified loading pulse and transmitter unit to monitor parameters.
