An actuator with a waterproof switch is provided to easily control zero-point adjustment of a potentiometer therein by forming a tool coupling hole on the potentiometer. An actuator with a waterproof switch includes a waterproof separator(51), switch parts(53A), and a control board(55). The waterproof separator is mounted on a housing. The switch parts include operation covers, magnets, and springs. The operation covers are arranged on exterior of the waterproof separator. The magnets are inter-locked with the operation covers. The springs provide a combined body of the operation cover and the magnet with elasticity. The control board is arranged in the waterproof separator and has lead sensors arranged corresponding to the magnets.
