An outlet device having a plug for drawing out a cable is provided to expose an outlet when only used and form a fine mood by installing mood lights in light receiving covers. An outlet device(2) having a plug for drawing out a cable(8) comprises an outlet case(4), an outlet(10), light receiving covers(12), and a drum. The outlet case is formed with an outlet combining groove(6), a rear side being installed with a plug. The outlet is combined with the outlet combining groove. The light receiving covers, which are fixed at two sides of the outlet case, are formed with mood lights. The drum is received in the outlet case and is wound by the cable which is arranged at the rear side of the outlet so that the outlet is extended to the outside of the outlet case.
