<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable property appraisal method which appraise movable property to calculate an appraised value. <P>SOLUTION: The movable property appraisal method for appraising the movable property by a computer includes steps of; receiving data identifying the movable property and the quantity of the movable property; extracting a category and a price corresponding to data identifying the movable property from a database; extracting a check list agreeing with the extracted category; receiving and displaying an image of the movable property photographed in a warehouse in a remote place; reading out the numbers of points corresponding to a check result per item in response to reception of the check list having the check result input thereto and calculating the number of points per item of the check list; adding the calculated number of points and multiplying a value resulting from the addition result divided by the number of items of the check list, the quantity of movable property, and the extracted price and adding expenses to calculate an appraised value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
