摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calculator for calculating a change of the number of distribution line thunder accidents occurring in the future in accompaniment to a change in a facility situation of a thunder-proof facility. <P>SOLUTION: This calculator for calculating the number of distribution line thunder accidents is provided with a storage part 400 comprising a mesh information database 410 for storing a facility rate in every unit mesh, a distribution line length, and the number of cloud-to-ground discharges, and a thunder accident rate prediction information database 420 for storing relational information with the facility rate correlated with a thunder accident rate, a data input part 200 for selecting the unit mesh of changing the facility situation and for inputting the facility rate after changed, a thunder accident rate setting part 310 for setting the thunder accident rate in the facility situation-changed unit mesh, based on the facility rate input from the data input part 200, and based on the relational information stored in the thunder accident rate prediction information database 420, and a distribution line thunder accident number calculating part 320 for calculating the number of distribution line thunder accidents in a facility situation-changed unit area, by multiplying the set thunder accident rate with the number of cloud-to-ground discharges and the distribution line length stored in the mesh information database 410. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
