<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered electromagnetic coil having a multifilar, especially a bifilar (two wire winding) wiring structure of coil wires which achieves an improved fill ratio (characterized by the ratio of the volume of a conductive material, for example, copper to maximum usable space) for a force measuring device based on the principle of electromagnetic force compensation. <P>SOLUTION: The invention is related to the multilayered electromagnetic coil for the force measuring device based on the principle of electromagnetic force compensation, and a manufacturing method of the coil. The coil based on the invention has the multifiler, especially the bifilar wiring structure of the coil wires (21a, 21b) having approximately rectangular cross-sectional profiles. The cross-sectional profiles of the coil wires are designed to have a shape enough to form the densest possible packing formation of the windings in the coil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
