PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control system which discriminates whether or not a command received from the outside corresponds to key operation and when the command corresponds to the key operation, can perform key control corresponding to the relevant command. SOLUTION: An external control device (2) transmits a command for controlling communication equipment (1) to the communication equipment (1). When receiving a command, the communication equipment (1) judges whether or not the received command is a command corresponding to key operation and when it is the command corresponding to the key operation, performs key control corresponding to the relevant command.
