PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus in which deviation hardly occurs in a fixing position of an imaging device and the imaging device can be easily loaded in an assembly process. SOLUTION: The imaging device 20 and a circuit board 60 are connected to each other via an FPC 50 and the imaging device 20 is attached to a lens barrel 10 which holds a lens 15. In addition, the imaging device 20 is pressed to the lens barrel 10 to be fixed by forcing of a spring member 64 provided in the circuit board 60. Furthermore, a frame-like projected part 17 engaged with the imaging device 20 is formed on the rear end surface of the lens barrel 10 and the imaging device 20 is positioned to the lens 15 only by engaging the imaging device 20 with the frame-like projected part 17.
