PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control system capable of controlling functions of radio equipment in a usable and a unusable manner by using identification information inherent to a radio apparatus. SOLUTION: In the communication control system which has the radio apparatus (3) and the radio equipment (1) to perform short range radio communication between the radio apparatus (3) and the radio equipment (1), the radio equipment (1) manages the identification information inherent to the radio apparatus (3), controls the functions of the radio equipment (1) in a usable manner while acquiring identification information managed in the radio equipment (1) from the radio apparatus (3), and controls the functions of the radio equipment (1) in a unusable manner while the identification information can not be acquired from the radio apparatus (3).
