PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a contact section on the free end of a terminal to come into contact with a contact section at the side of external equipment without any contact failure. SOLUTION: An electroacoustic transducer has: a casing 11: a base 12 fixed into the casing 11; a permanent magnet 16 fixed onto the inner surface of the base 12; a diaphragm supported in the casing 11; a voice coil 20 fixed onto the diaphragm so that the voice coil 20 is positioned between the base 12 and the permanent magnet 16; and a terminal 24 connecting the voice coil 20 to the external equipment electrically. The terminal 24 is composed of a plate spring material for fixing to the casing 11 at the fixed end 24a, and the free end 24b comes into contact with the external equipment.
