PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to install reflective plates of different widths on a common fixture main body, in case the fixture main body for a lamp device mounting a lamp with a cap part at an end part has a reflective plate installed. SOLUTION: As to the lamp device 1, in installing a reflective plate 5 on the fixture main body 2 retaining a socket part 20 into which an electrode terminal 12a erected at the cap part 12 of the lamp 10 is inserted, the fixture main body 2 includes a fixing part 3 with pivotal supporting parts 33 formed at tips of both sides, and a side cover 4 extended toward sideways of the lamp 10 from coupling parts 42 pivotally supported in free rocking by the pivotal supporting parts 33 and equipped with a reflective plate mounting part 41 at the tip, so that reflective plates 5 with different widths can be fixed due to rocking movement of the side cover 4.
