PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately reduce road noise without locally detecting the present position of one's own vehicle and without storing noise spectrum patterns for determination. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle hands-free device 1 causes a cellular phone 3 to detect the present position of the one's own vehicle and causes the cellular phone 3 to transmit to a server 4. The server 4 determines a noise spectrum pattern corresponding to the present road surface, on which the one's own vehicle is running, based on the present position of the one's own vehicle received from the on-vehicle hands-free device 1 and the road information, and transmits to the on-vehicle hands-free device 1. The on-vehicle hands-free device 1 overlaps a noise canceling signal based on an inverted noise spectrum pattern obtained by inverting the phase of the noise spectrum pattern received form the server 4 with the receiver voice, and outputs from a speaker 8.
