PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed network computer system operating via the Internet and a method that provides access right to a large number of concurrent clients without undesirable processor lag and delays. SOLUTION: The system prepares client objects 20 in advance of client 18n access requests, provides buffering which dynamically creates new client objects 20 over a distributed system when needed, and avoids a central server 12 from interrupting into a processor.
