PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal-sticking machine capable of holding the overlapped condition of a vessel main body and a cover of a housing vessel such as a lunch box or the like by sticking a seal on a side boundary part and facilitating opening operation of the housed vessel. SOLUTION: The seal-sticking machine has a movement mechanism part 11 moving the lunch box 3 to the approximately horizontal direction, a pair of right and left arranged seal feed mechanism parts 19 each having a guide roller part 16 supporting the seal 2, a seal-sticking mechanism part 23 having a pair of two parts or the first roller parts 20a and 20b and the second roller parts 21a and 21b, an incision-making mechanism part 25 giving an incision to the stuck seal 2, and a seal-sticking controller controlling each of mechanisms parts 11, 19, 23 and 25 to stick the seal 2 on the whole circumference of the side boundary part 17 of the lunch box 3.
