PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient vibration control device capable of reducing an output of a damping means and attaining it by a small size damping means. SOLUTION: The vibration control device 1 is provided with a load support part 10 installed on an installation part F; a counter-balance part 30 connected to the load support part 10 and giving load balanced with the load; and a vibration control part 20 having the damping means 21 for controlling the vibration relative to the installation part F of the load support part 10. The counter-balance part 30 has a second movement means 32 relatively movably supported on a second guide means 31; an adjustment means 34 having one end supported on the installation part F and changing length; an urging means 35 having one end connected to the other end of the adjustment means 34; a balance part 33 having fulcrum pivotally supported on the installation part F and having one end side turnably connected to the second movement means 32; and a displacement direction conversion means 40 connected to a portion between the other end side of the balance part 33 and the other end of the urging means 35 and converting a displacement direction at the other end side of the balance part 33 to a displacement direction of the adjustment means 34.
