PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient vibration control device realizable by a small vibration control means, by reducing output of the vibration control means. SOLUTION: This vibration control device 1 has a load support part 10 arranged in an arranging part F, a counter balance part 30 connected to the load support part 10 and applying a load balancing with a load, and a vibration control part 20 having a vibration control actuator 21 controlling vibration to the arranging part F of the load support part 10, and is characterized in that a balance part 33 of the counter balance part 30 has an adjusting means 34 changing the length, and a fulcrum 33a of the balance part 33 is arranged on the opposite side of an energizing means 35 to a straight line passing through one end 33b and the other end 33c.
