PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of not yet producing an excellent object of a locking bolt, though fastening by fastening a sub-object by a bolt by cutting a tap in a main object when a nut cannot be used, since a locking nut is invented and effectively utilized, due to being a case of loosening a screw, particularly, easily causing its looseness in a machine and a building receiving vibration, though fastening of an object and an object by screw-fastening is indispensable in the machine and the building. SOLUTION: The bolt having a through-hole in the axial direction is made, and a split is formed on the screw side of this bolt, and a conical hole is made here, and a tap groove is formed on this inner surface. A collarless set bolt is screwed in its hole with a wrench hole as the innermost side. After fastening this bolt by being inseted into a tap hole, a wrench is inserted into a head of the bolt from a certain hole, and a set bolt is rotated so as to be drawn inside, and a tip part of the bolt is expanded.
