A METHOD, A BASE STATION AND A RADIO ACCESS NETWORK SYSTEM FOR CONFIGURING THE E-HICH POWER OFFSET VALUE

A method, a base station and a radio access network system for configuring the E-HICH power offset value. The method comprises: detecting the RSN value sent by a terminal in the current TTI and acquiring the pre-stored HARQ indication information sent to the terminal according to the data transmission result of the previous TTI of the same procedure made by the terminal; judging whether the terminal has successfully decoded the received HARQ indication information based on the RSN value, the HARQ indication information and the maximum retransmission times of the procedure; calculating the decoding success rate of the HARQ indication information in the time quantum made by the terminal based on the multiple judgement results in the time quantum that includes multiple TTIs; adjusting the E-HICH power offset value when the decoding success rate is not equal to the preset successful decoding target value to make the decoding success rate approximate the successful decoding target value.
