A double-faced frying pan with an inner pan is provided to cook food with a carved shape of the inner pan by detaching the inner pan from the frying pan and to distribute heat from a heating device to the inner pan by applying heat to an outer pan and then the inner pan. A double-faced frying pan comprises a lower outer pan(1), an upper outer pan(2), a lower inner pan, an upper inner pan, and a handle(5). Openings(6,7) are formed on one surface of the lower and upper outer pans. An inner pan catching part(8) is formed at the center of an edge of the lower and upper outer pans. A recessed groove of the inner pan caught part is formed with two screw fixing parts(10). A plate spring(12) formed with a projection(11) is screwed(13). Slide insertion parts(14) are formed at two sides of the inner pan catching part. The front side and one side of the slide insertion parts are formed with openings(15). The upper inner pan includes a recessed part which is fixed at the projection of the plate spring. A hinge part of the lower outer pan is formed with hinge holes(18). Guide screw parts(19) are formed at the hinge holes. The hinge parts of the upper outer pan are formed with hinges(20). One hinge has guide grooves(21). Bottom surfaces of the lower and upper outer pans are formed with a plurality of inlets(22). Reinforcements(23) are installed in the lower and upper outer pans. |
