<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamper for connecting various kinds of working ropes to a post, which can be easily handled, which is small-sized so as to be highly portable, which can handle on the ground without climbing up the post, and which can be fastened to any of various kinds of posts having different thickness. SOLUTION: A clamper is composed of ropes and sleeves, and adapted to be removably fastened to the barrel of a post. The clamper is composed of looped ropes 1, 2 which are crossed with each other, and another looped rope so as to define surrounded parts by bundling the crossing parts of the looped ropes with the sleeve. The two looped ropes 2 slide through the sleeves 3 so as to decrease the side of the loops in order to fasten the barrel part of the post.</p> |
