<p>The device has a heat source circuit (42) for hot-water supply, and a control device (55) for determining a reference value for an inlet temperature of a heat transfer medium, which is supplied by a heat exchanger (8) for floor heating of a thermal load. The determination is based on difference between a return temperature of the medium and a default value for a temperature value of the medium flowing through the exchange.
