A wasted toner transferring apparatus, a wasted toner cleaning device, a developing unit and an image forming apparatus having the wasted toner cleaning device, and a wasted toner removing method for the image forming apparatus are provided to transfer wasted toner to a wasted toner container quickly, thereby preventing eliminated wasted toner from flowing backward to a cleaning member even when a large amount of wasted toner is rapidly generated. A wasted toner transferring apparatus includes a wasted toner transferring member(200), a driving unit(300), and a vibration generating unit. The wasted toner transferring member is installed on the wasted toner transferring surface of a cleaning member(121) to receive wasted toner removed from a photosensitive medium(111) by the cleaning member. Plural protrusions are formed in a side of the wasted toner transferring member. The driving unit reciprocates the wasted toner transferring member in a first direction. The vibration generating unit vibrates the wasted toner transferring member in a second direction when the wasted toner transferring member moves in the first direction. The vibration generating unit includes plural rib members(400). The rib members interfere with the plural protrusions when the wasted toner transferring member moves in the first direction.
