FIELD: industrial hygiene. SUBSTANCE: chamber has hermetically sealed vessel, at least one unit for attaching/detaching vessel to/from outer surface of glove. This unit is positioned on vessel wall and may be attached along perimeter of hand wrist opening. Chamber is further provided with device for regulating pressure in vessel to facilitate glove putting-on and treatment process. Cassette for such chamber has box with side wall and glove, which is put on side surface at side opposed to bottom so that glove inner side is oriented to internal surface of box. Cassette box is put onto attaching/detaching unit of chamber for connecting glove to vessel and glove edge is offset from cassette of box onto mentioned unit.
