An apparatus and a method for providing subscriber-customized real-time SLA(Service Level Agreement) analysis information are provided to generate SLA analysis information specialized for each client in real time. An SLA analysis information providing apparatus(100) includes a subscriber profile manager(110), an SLA data manager(120), and an SLA analysis information provider(130). The subscriber profile manager creates a subscriber profile including at least one SLA analysis item for generating SLA analysis information for each subscriber and manages the subscriber profile. The SLA data manager generates and manages SLA data measured according to SLA of each subscriber. The SLA analysis information provider generates the SLA analysis information corresponding to the quality of communication service provided to each subscriber based on the subscriber profile and the SLA data.
